Casa Leonila Event Place Rental – Booking Policy
1. Reservation & Booking
Reservations are confirmed only upon acceptance of this policy and payment of the reservation fee. A 50% reservation fee is required to secure the date. The remaining balance must be settled at least 3 days before the event.
2. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, Pay Maya or GCash. All payments are non-transferable. Late payments may result in forfeiture of the reservation.
3. Rescheduling Policy
No cancellations are allowed. All confirmed bookings are final. Rescheduling is permitted once with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to venue availability.
Requests to reschedule made less than 30 days before the event will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total price.
The new date must be within 6 months of the original booking.
4. Venue Use & Time
Standard rental includes 9 hours of use (including setup and teardown).
Additional hours are subject to overtime charges.
The venue must be vacated promptly at the agreed time to avoid extra fees.
5. Decorations & Setup
Decorations must not damage walls, floors, or fixtures. Use of nails, staples, or adhesives on venue surfaces is prohibited. All décor and equipment must be removed immediately after the event.
6. Catering & Vendors
Outside catering is allowed, provided vendors comply with venue rules. All vendors must coordinate with Casa Leonila staff prior to the event. The renter is responsible for any damages caused by vendors.
7. Guest Conduct
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate termination of the event without refund. Children must be supervised at all times.
8. Liability & Damages
The renter assumes full responsibility for guests and vendors. Any damages to property or equipment will be charged to the renter. Casa Leonila is not liable for lost or stolen items.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control, Casa Leonila reserves the right to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed date.
